The Harrisburg Chiller Plant - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Mr. Allen designed this project while working for Frey Associates--Architects.  The building is a ground-face masonry structure built on top of an  existing foundation and houses a chiller plant, which provides cold water air conditioning for several buildings throughout the City of Harrisburg.
